Difficult to be "macho" when you are dead.

How can you compare Tim Conway to a guy who carries a bullet in his shirt pocket? When I think macho I think Don Knotts.

According to one movie tough guy it was Marine Bob Kishon who was the toughest guy he ever met bar none. Many grew up knowing him as Captain Kangaroo.

Terrilee, you are so right about wearing one of those. Their family is top of the line also!

rocky, I hadn't known Captain Kangaroo was in the forces.
Now Mister Rogers, him I knew. It's why he always wore long sleeves. Don't know what he served in though.
As for Knotts or Conway, um....neither? Although TC was definitely the greater comic genius as his ad-libs show. *SHNORK!*

Gotta be Don Knotts...Everybody knows he was Mick Jagger's secret twin... Of course, when speaking of the fearless deputy, you just gotta mention Andy Griffith... I tip my aging Green Beret to the guy who had to stand next to Barney while he was teaching us how NOT to handle the old Colt... HeHeHe... Even with blanks, old Barney could be dangerous...Leo (De Oppresso Liber) in Texas 15th PSYOP Battalion, USAMISSAEUR, Karlsruhe, Germany
