on a basic 250cc water cooled motor i think i may be missin a bracket that hold the cam shaft in any one have any pics i could referance

At the top of the page (far left) is the "Home" button Click on that and scroll down to "Manuals" choose service manuals, and the 9th down from the top is the CN250 manual (which is the basis for the clone Chinese engine) If not then about four from the bottom of the same list is the YP 250 manual which may give you the answers you seek.
