I just bought a 03 Venus 50cc scooter. Inspected the belt and its very bad. The name and number on it is 675 18 yujiang. I haven't found one on line and the local parts store doesn't have one. Anyone know where I can by a new belt?

Is there a different size belt that will work? Maybe a 669-18-30?

Yes the 669-18-30 will work just fine, it is only about 1/8 shorter.

Whatever size belt you get, I'd recommend getting a good name "Gates" or "Bando" belt.
I ripped through a few $10 eBay specials, they just suck. Lucky to get 1000 chinometers before they explode into a foam rubber mess in your cvt.
