I think i'm haveing an issue with my CDI so i'm going to replace the stock one with a high performace model. I talked to a local scoot machanic and he said some people are haveing issues with them. I recently puchased the high perfomace ignition coil( the orange one not sure what brand.) Question is has anybody had problems with the matchin CDI (orange)

don't pay more than $15 for it . they work fine .

I havent heard of issues with the ones in the plastic cases,but There seems to be an issue with the ones in the aluminum extrusions (looks like a big heatsink). There are blue ones and gold ones.I have both, and no issues. ;D
