I was wondering what anyone thinks about tapping a 150cc engine case for an oil cooler just like the taida case. Here isa pic item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem?itemId=310725032480 i would tap for the right thread size and after installing the brass connections i would braze them in. The taida classB case is $550 and has the oil coller holes and the taida cooler with the crank case half that as the holes is 300 . Either is high and the 550 dollar case still needs the oil cooler i really am trying to come up with a way to build a quality 232cc without spending 2000 bills. I already have an extra engine case in perfect condition.

I don't know exactly how you would accurately position the fitting on the pump outlet. as it looks in the pic.Another idea would be to use a seperate oil pump for circulation to the cooler Also, the casting looks to be BEFFIER in the area of the fittings. You could probably make your own system, but It may not be as good as the "made for the purpose one.Or maybe it would...You never know till you try
