Scooters Express/Prismaus in Waldorf, Maryland NEVER answered any email I sent to them. I would never do business with someone who can't be bothered with a quick email reply. As a result I purchased my scoot from Rockville Motor Sports in Takoma Park, Maryland. They seem to value their customers and the service I received was excellent. I spent my hard earned money (well in excess of $2K) where it was appreciated. I speak with my wallet.

As far as answering emails, if I rejected every dealer that didn't answer my emails, I'd have to reject them all. And many other types of business's also. It just seems that most just don't care about emails. It sucks, but it's the truth.
