Are you sure you are looking at the Drain Plug? Take a picture of of the rear of the CVT and or the drain plug on the tranny. The Clutch problem nothing you can do but buy a new Clutch. Alleyoop

I have a roketa MC 54 250b with the Linhai 257cc engine. The drain bolt which you have to use a wrench to get off comes off and shoots out because there is a spring under the drain bolt with a metal mesh oil filter that lasts forever. The gear oil drain bolt is near where the black tube comes down on the CVT.
The oil drain bolt is under the scooter not looking anything like the pic.

If no oil came out of the gear oil bolt then there must have been little to start and it heated up and stuck together ruining it. SOunds like your clutch then fried and blew...

If you will be removing the clutch anyway(you're gonna have to),Might as well separate the gearcase, clean it good, fix the drain plug and refill with new gear oil. This way it's over-and-done-with ;D
