Today I was riding my Linhai 260 and noticed that the throttle was not returning to the original position by itself. I had to manually turn it each time to the original position. Is this something I am able to fix myself or should I take it to a mechanic? If I can do it myself can you shed light on exactly what I need to do?
Any help and suggestions would be appreciated...

The return spring for the throttle is on the end of the throttle plate shaft. Take the cover off engine under seat and follow the throttle cable down to the side of carb. See if that spring is unhooked or broken when you turn the throttle. Barnie
