Sounds like a dead/weak battery. You may want to charge it and then try it. Or at least redo the video with a freshly charged battery. If you don't own a charger WalMart or any autoparts store will charge them for free... I

could be the alarm keeping it from starting . The cranking seems weak . If you open your seat there are 4 10mm bolts in the bucket , take them out and remove the seat bucket . That will get you to the top of the engine . Thes take close pictures of the vac lines .

Disconnect your battery and charge it . Then update us if it starts/don't start. Alarm system may be draining your battery.

A trickle charger around 1/2 AMP is great for winter time as the cold can reduce the charge in the battery . I have heard of alarms draining the battery . See how many amps your battery is and if you can get a battery with a few more amps that will fit may help . I always get stronger batteries for my cars than the manufacturer suggested to be safe . It is better to have a lil extra juice than just enough and then have a loss and not be strong enough to drive the starter .
Long storage without starting up the scoot and riding it can have the battery go dead over time , more so in the winter .
