So this noob just picked up a used SYM DD50. It's kinda slow with a max speed of 36 MPH. It was halfway de-restricted by the dealer as the variator washer was removed and an unrestricted exhaust pipe was installed. I removed the rubber restriction in the airbox cover. So the last restriction is supposed to be in the intake manifold. People have described it as a cone but I see what looks to be a really thick washer attached to the opening on the carburetor side. Is this it? It looks like a total pain to remove. Also the main jet was upgraded to an
