Well, I busted the ol ride out of winter storage to get ready for nice weather this weekend. Checked the battery, put it back in and it's not very good it can turn the engine over about 5 seconds, then it is dead. Fortunately, my battery charger has jump start capabilities. Though it did take a few tries, I got her running. While I was waiting for the charger to cool down, checked the scoot out a bit. Both tires were very low, so I aired them up. I noticed the back tire was wobbly loose. I had to get a 21mm socket to tighten up the swing arm nut. It was most likely loose when I put it away last, just didn't notice it. I'm glad I caught that as it would have very likely torn some more stuff up if left loose. So, I couldn't help myself but to ride around town for a few minutes. I wished I would have put my windshield back on, but it was very windy so maybe it's better that I didn't yet. I'll most likely be putting a Walmart el cheapie battery back in there before summer.
