Ok just got a starrider02 "100cc" kit installed and realized there are two vacuum lines that I've forgotten. One goes from the rear left side belt housing by the rear brake to ____?? And the other goes from the front of the belt housing to ____?? This one has a metal coil around it for keeping it away from the engine? Also I have deleted the PAIR system as well. Im working on a picture in paint so bear with me.

yea it ran well enough before the bbk install. I just finished the bbk last night and it fired up after a couple seconds of turning over. I know that the way i had my vacuum lines were not right so I just shut it down until I can solve this.

Not sure what your exactly talking about but on most scoots from the intake, one vacuum goes to your fuel petcock and the other will go to your pair, egr system. there will be lines running for the pair egr system going to your air box to recycle back what ever it recycles, and some time there is a line from the head cover that release built up pressure and gases to the air box also. but the hose with the metal coil that runs down by the motor down by the cvt and brake line should be your carb drain hose that attaches to the bottom of the carb on one end and it just is attached to a cvt cover by a bolt on the other

also if you deleted your pair system you dont need the second vacuum line and it needs to be plugged

the metal coil hose seems to dead end on the front of the cvt casing. But there is another hose coming from the back of the cvt casing by the rear wheel. See the drawing. I have no idea why that is there.

the metal hose is probably your carb drain hose, goes on the bottom of the carb, like i said never seen a hose on a cvt cover, is it a plastic clear opening?

The rear hose maybe a gear box vent , is it on top of the engine ?
Teddy has given you gpod info , I 2nd the plug the vac line . Does the hose with the coil on it have a screw . If so it is your bowl drain as teddy stated.
