Thanks for your reply's. Here's an update.

About a month or so ago I took the right side of the bike down, so I could take the wheel off and have a dealer switch out the new and old tire on the rim. I figured I'd save a few bucks if I did most of the work myself.

I had taken everything off all the way down to the collar of the wheel. There are two collars one on each side of the swing arm. The one closest to the tire was stuck...The tire wouldn't come off.

So I put everything back together and on Saturday I put it on the trailer and took it to a Suzuki dealer. I got a call this morning from a woman who works in he service area. She said to me
the "Axle is froze"

I called them again later on and asked for a status report. They said they finally got the wheel off. Then it occurred to me that's what they meant by "Axle is froze"

The axle wasn't froze, the collar was stuck! I knew that! In fact I told them that on Saturday I told them to expect that.

Anyway, long story short, I'm sure the axle is fine. It was the collar they were having the issue with. She told me it was rusted and they'd clean it.

Thanks for asking. Well I've still not returned to work. My next doc. appointment is on the 18th of July. He'll likely clear me to go back to work. The big test is the physical agility test that I'm required to take each year. The shoulder feels fine to walk around with, but if I have to use it for strength, there's nothing there. I can't even do one push up. The muscle is not able to support my weight. That being said, I should be able to pass where using my legs are applicable..squats, running, climbing ladders...etc.

Well tomorrow I once again will attend the MSF class. Tomorrow is just classroom work, starting at 6pm. Sat and Sun they start at 7am and go to 2pm....That's to avoid the heat as much as we can.

This time I decided to use their scooter instead of one of their motorcycles. Less coordination required on my part. ;D

I had hoped to use the Burgman, but I have yet to get it back.
I've yet to register it or get insurance too. I suppose I could do all that tomorrow and hope I get the bike back before I have to leave for the class.

Anyway, that's the update.

Pray for me that I don't have to go through this all over again!

Yea, I think the last time I tried to do too much too quick. Not a good idea.

That MSF class is awesome even after 22 years on the streets I learned something...

1 more day. It's suppose to ran too. Took the written test today and only got a couple wrong.

I noticed you posted earlier so I assume there were no ER visits this time but did you pass??
