[replyingto=ramblinman]ramblinman[/replyingto]I have a set of tire spoons and the nylon rim protectors so i do all my rubber by hand,,the scoot tires are a challenge,,I broke the old bead with a big flathead screw driver and hammer,,that was easy,,hard part was getting the last 12"of rubber around the rim,,it would not go at all without ripping the tire one way,,so I had to start from the opposite side first,,then it went on,,I used plenty of LA Awesome for lubricity,,not looking forward to my next tire change thats for sure,,,i can change a car or truck tire by hand way faster than a scoot tire...ever do an ATV tire,,now thats fun,,i had to use my 4"angle grinder to cut the thing off.
