If that is what you think that it is to much fuel and bogs at take off. Before you start the motor Turn the FUEL RATIO SCREW clockwise until it STOPS and COUNT the number of turns it took to stop. Then turn it back out the same number of turns. Start the motor and let it warm up at least 5 minutes. Then Turn it Clockwise 1/4 turn and listen if the IDLE GOES up repeat the 1/4 turn until the RPMS do not climb then turn it COUNTER CLOCKWISE 1/8 of a turn and try that.
That is IF it is getting to much FUEL. If not getting enough fuel then that procedure is the OPPOSITE you have to turn the Screw COUNTER CLOCKWISE to feed it more fuel. Alleyoop
