I used an main jet with a performance filter that was too big for my carb, so something more like 80- should meet your requirements. As far as the air box goes you can modify it how you wish, but it's only ~$15 for a performance filter, you might as well get one of those (don't forget the filter oil!) when you can. If you do a plug chop you will probably find that you are running very rich. Especially if you have the stock airbox.

.003 intake, .004 exhaust should be good on as far as the valves go.
