Ive rejetted using a main jet and she will run, but not well... only about 10 mph Do I need to change the airbox at all??? Drill holes? Should I try a higher jet? I have a , 100, 105, 110 ALSO: I have the valves set to .004 on intake, and .005 for exhaust... they sould really "clicky" (more so than my other 50cc's) should I go more off feel on the 60CC valves? maybe lower than .004.... is .0025 / .003 too tight Thanks

[replyingto=mgsiciliano]mgsiciliano[/replyingto]That jet is too much for a mere 60cc. Is it a 63cc? Because that's what I had a while ago. I used an main jet with a performance filter that was too big for my carb, so something more like 80- should meet your requirements. As far as the air box goes you can modify it how you wish, but it's only ~$15 for a performance filter, you might as well get one of those (don't forget the filter oil!) when you can. If you do a plug chop you will probably find that you are running very rich. Especially if you have the stock airbox. .003 intake, .004 exhaust should be good on as far as the valves go.
