(don't tell the others, scootn', but I think that's actually one of the markers indicating the tee-off area--my uncle lived just off one. When I was little, he'd take me there to just whack on balls. Total blast!)
Yeah wheely--don't you dare make it yest! That's one day further back from my weekend. Not nice. Why not make today tomorrow instead? I'd like that!

Actually that pic was the "longest drive" hole. Winner got a prize--- my skinny butt was second. I'm actually not sure if that was before I put my ball down, or afterwards. It was a great time--and sunny. There was a "closest to the pin" prize, too-- on a par 3. Hole 9, the last hole, was a par 5. Once you got into chipping distance you HAD to throw the ball onto the green. Lol. Then putt it in with a hockey stick. Good times. |
