TurboCharger is a air turbine that is driven by an exhuast turbine that forces air into the intake while a SuperCharger is a mechanically driven air pump (usually via a cog belt) that forces air into the intake. Ram air is usually just an air scoop that allows air to move a little more freely into the intake.

Thomas Edison thought Tesla's ability to see a new invention fully formed and functioning in his head "unnatural" and scary. I recall da Vinci had the same ability...that's why so many of his ideas were never built. He didn't NEED to build them, because he could SEE them in his mind! |
