I am trying to stop a vibration in the upper front panel in my scooter (2012 TaoTao atm50) and also figure out where the brake fluid goes. The manual I have is generic and was of no help.
I removed 2 screws and a bolt on the upper assembly. It seems the front upper part, which has the headlight and is metal, and the back upper assembly, which has the speedometer and is plastic, are bonded together. They are both loose after removing the screws, but I can't seem to get it off. I removed 1 larger bolt on the front and 2 smaller on the passenger side of the scooter. Any ideas?

Never mind. I saw a video on YouTube. I was just not using enough force I guess.

Hope everything worked out. I had issues with this as well.
