I ran a new plug for a day and when I took it out it had a light brown/goldish color around the bottom of the threaded base of it. Now theres no colored residue on the plug just the color of the metal itself. Is that the right color im looking for? Attachments:

I say dont worry about the plug just get it to run as best as you can and maybe step up the main jet size by 1 or 2 just to be safe

You can't tell anything after a days riding just let it rest. You are looking fine and if you want to actually know you need to do a plug chop. Looking at a plug after a days riding isn't really a good indicator. If its running fine run it. Adjust your air fuel mix correctly and ride... Tannish deposits on a brand new white plug is about what you would expect. Tan is fine... The plug looks new because well it is...
