2003 Kinetic Malino Scooter 50cc 2 cycle made in India named "lil buddha' 
3000 miles got sugar in tank and it stopped running and sat for 8 years. I suspect they sugared the oil tank too. The engine crankcase was 1/2 full of oil. I sucked it out. Carb still is a mess but it runs on choke. I on premix now.
Their is a noise, a bearing noise a whirsh, sound that is constant. It seems at first an issue but maybe not. Don't know.
I invite you to take a listen if you got headphones you get a good replication with the sounds.
PS their is a carb noise,, Filter that out and you will hear the other noise.
Anyway she look nice and runs strong. It is difficult because I can't locate any parts for it. So I got to get creative.
