So I've been following tons of guides on how to install my first bbk (it finally shipped today, I'm so excited!) and this one in particular sticks out to me:

And it says to use two stroke oil on the piston. Is that right? And why two stroke oil? I mean, I have a zook, so I've got plenty of 2t oil and this actually makes things more convenient for me, I'm just confused over it.
Any more tips on installing the bbk would be greatly appreciated. Like ring gapping, I'm still figuring that one out...
Is it... 0.007 for the top compression ring? And then... 0.009 for the second ring? or do I round up and it's .008 and .010?
