This is propably the trouble. Very hard starting an once I do get it started it has a very very high idle. Could that be the valve adjustment? Also the cvt is locked up,when the wheel spins fast an when you apply the back brake it kills the engine. It' like it has direct drive or something. This Scoot has been abused bad!

I worked on a scoot that had hard start and died when brakes applied it had leaky valves replaced the head and all was good
