Good morning, need advice on the best gear puller for the crankshaft gear behind the variator i have tried several but cant seem to find one that will fit behind the gear tight enough to pull it off. Thanks in advance for any help!

So I have resorted to dragging the engine around to a few small shops in the area (yes including my local scooter shop) and no one seems to have the right Tool. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Did you take it to a car garage they have gear pullers I am sure they will pull it off for you. They should have flat sided pullers, finger hammer type pullers etc.. The scooter shops all they know is how to replace parts they are useless unless you happen to find one that has a good mechanic that knows his stuff.
