My brake lights don't work and have to bypass ignition switch to start scooter.  my headlight n signals work and running light go on. Where would I look |

May I ask exactly how are you bypassing the ignition switch ?
I think i would look at your safety switch on the rear brake.. It's a switch that activates your rear brake but also works as a safety to prevent the scooter from starting unless its depressed..
If this is the culprit then scrappydog has them..

well all i did was just took some jumper cables really quick to see what was up, hooked it up positive on battery to positive on the starter with ignition turned on, fired right up
