It's a mix between carbon (black) and white (from running lean).
You could get a creamy color from running lean with a rich pilot, or reverse.
Plug chops should be done at all rpm ranges. They are not deceptive and the current condition of my plug reflects a good running condition. Prodigit you will get an official memo when I need you to teach me to be a mechanic...
