i have a Motofino MF50QT-6 with a 50CC GY6 139QMB engine. i am a heavy rider, 240lbs and i cannot get the clutch and variator set up right
the original setup has 1000 RPM contra spring and clutch springs and i believe 8G weights, if that is what they use stock. i installed a hoca performance transmission kit that has a 1500 RPM contra spring and 8g rollers, i can't get past 30MPH and 15MPH uphill. if i use Dr. pulley 6g sliders it still will not go any faster and the RPMs are high. it feels like the belt is not going to the lower part of the rear pulley. i noticed a little difference in the taper of the hoca rear slide face compared to the original and on the variator i could not use the half that has the starter gear because my fan blade would not go on so i used the original one.
what is the best combination??? i have 4g and 6g Dr pulley sliders and hoca 8g rollers, i also have a 1500 RPM contra spring and clutch and a 1000 RPM contra spring and clutch. the belt is a kevlar by gates.
the CDI and coil are NCY performance and it has an NGK iridium spark plug.

most of the time when installing a stiffer torque spring you need to use heavier weights for the break in period, on a stock bike alot of the time what happens is you can only get to 30 cause you end up hitting rev limiter because your rpms are too high thus needing the heavier weights
when i had my ruckus and i put a 1500 rpm spring in i had to go from 5.5's to 7's to calm down the motor until it broke in
