Dunno how far away from KC you are, Larry--in Sept the Confederate Air Force is having their air show. LOTS of old planes, all still flying. Most give at least one show sometime the weekend. Several give rides for $100 or more. Last year the Mustang went straight up, rolled over the top, then plummeted down to level off close to the ground. Just watching, my tummy considered the barf bag. But they'll go gentler if that's what the rider desires.
Couple years ago they had the big girl herself, a Flying Fortress. When they kicked in her engines, talk about hurricane winds!

Oh wow, that opening sure is...yeah, uh-huh. 'Specially when they go from flashing stills of Honey to pause on a front shot of a cat, then her. Seriously, this is what passed for credits during that era? Give me Branded any time. Tells the background story with a great song. That's what credits should be about. Not attention deficit. Hm. Maybe we should also start a "TV shows you despise" thread, talking attention deficit. >'Kat When we were kids we changed the words from "Branded" to "Stranded" about being stuck in the bathroom.

You're so bad, spandi. But could you (can you still?) sing all the words to the original Scooby Doo theme (without Googling them!)? >'Kat, who announces with pride that yes, she can sing all of "Scooby Scooby Doo, where are you?"

Not unless I get a Scooby snack first! (if I recall you mentioned knowing the words to some other vintage TV show before.)
