... And when nothing is on 120 channels, the radio is best...lol And that, folks, is why I don't have cable. Or satellite. Or whatever. Seriously. I can not watch my dozen free channels of nothing on for cheaper than those 120 channels. A friend actually has 3000 channels listed on her guide, (not that she has all of them though) and I found ONE show (Pawn Stars, of course) to watch. One. If you're talking older tv, then yes, Raymond, MASH, MacGyver, Voltron (the lions version esp), Star Trek(s), Fantasy Island, Airwolf, Batman, Speed Racer, Underdog, everything on Sat morns.... (gosh I watched a variety didn't I) >'Kat

Oh yeah. Honey West w/ Ann Francis, spandi, at first I thought you'd typed Honey Boo-Boo. I was going to weep for you. Not that I know who Honey West is, so maybe she's not a lot better.... ;D larry, I forgot about Black Sheep. Pappy Boyington. Oh man I had a crush on him. Neat old plane, cute, neat plane.... And Stingray. I watched that one evenings in the dorm. One time this other gal was going on about the body and sleek and good looking, and I was agreeing with everything. And then I mentioned something about the interior. Turns out she was talking about the man while I was all about the Corvette! >'Kat

I don't watch a whole lot of TV. When I do it's either something on the Food Network or Discovery Channel. I do like Dual Survival. The older Dr. Who---the ones with Tom Baker were the ones I watched when I was younger, haven't got into the newer ones...yet. Actually, I haven't regularly watched any newer program for several years. I'm soooo far behind on TV it's not even funny. Same with movies. I do like what I've seen from the Walking Dead and Sons of Anarchy--- but haven't seen more than a few episodes.
I used to love the older Law and Order with Lennie Briscoe. Cold Case. Twilight Zone--- any of them.
Cartoons: Beavis and Butthead. Looney Toons. Disney Afternoon was awesome after school---still is, IMO. TMNT the late 80's version. Most of the Saturday morning cartoons and Disney afternoon I could still watch today without wanting to rip my hair out. Lol.
I remember watching that Vietnam War series on Saturday nights with my dad--- Tour of Duty. Always thought that was a cool series, and had Paint It Black by the Stones for the theme song.

Doug, you named my absolute fave. Lone Ranger. Except I almost never got to see him 'cause he came on while we were at church. Along with Cisco Kid, Hoppy, and Rinny.
It's bad, but when I was little I sometimes looked forward to being sick on Sunday so I could stay home and watch all those cool awesome shows.
Here's a kick--not long ago I got a video of Lone Ranger. The young man he was helping seemed really familiar, but I couldn't place who he was. I figured he was some bit-actor that I'd seen in minor roles. Wrong. He was a very young DeForest Kelley!

She's TV's first Karate chopping, gun totin" female detective. (she and her right hand man Sam Bolt, are always involved with one caper or another.) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honey_West_(TV_series)

Oh wow, that opening sure is...yeah, uh-huh. 'Specially when they go from flashing stills of Honey to pause on a front shot of a cat, then her. Seriously, this is what passed for credits during that era?
Give me Branded any time. Tells the background story with a great song. That's what credits should be about. Not attention deficit.
Hm. Maybe we should also start a "TV shows you despise" thread, talking attention deficit.

God I wish I still had it.. Little brothers when mad can really tear things up... arrrrg In the case of The Black Sheep Squadron, it was the planes.. I love the F4U Corsair, still do. It's a shame that time is robbing us of those old warbirds.. The last time I heard, a few years ago, there were only 6 left in the world still flying... I would give almost anything to fly one myself.. I'm still love that plane..
