New here and to scooters in general but I hsve 2 50cc scooters one is a 2012 taotao speedy and the othe a 2009 taotao vip both have about 5000 on them them the 2012 I have a loud sqeeling sound when I take off and the 2009 it bogs down when u give it any throttle then dies and wont start back up for awhile I have no clue where to start so please help

The clutch assembly has grease in there to lube the bearing surfaces. It dries out and moister gets in. The destroys the bearing surfaces. If no service is done to prevent this. The clutch fries and kills belts.
You are at 5000 miles so you are due for a complete drive inspection cleaning and lube.
Here is a 6000 mile taotao with this problem.
This scooter needed a belt and clutch assembley and the starter ele and kick lubed. with Fluid Film a lanolin awesome best lube ever homies.
