Why all the danger warnings on brake fluid??
They are mostly glycol ethers, which is used in make- up, sun screen, and tons of other stuff we put on our body.
Please explain.

It'll eat more than paint. But maybe they put all those warnings on the bottle to keep us from using it as a cheap alternative to sunscreen. Rub it all over you at your own risk... You aren't even supposed to breathe the vapors apparently...

Well, I looked and I can't find the actual ingredients in brake fluid, just what it's "base" is. Which is basically vegetable oil. So it must be the additives they put in it that is so bad, which I can't determine what they are. Only thing I can find is, it's stuff to keep the glycerin from absorbing moisture. I guess I will just leave it at that.
