I'm planning to get the standard tao tao atm-50-a1, and they had the best price. $650, for the scoot, trunk, shipping and supposedly a "toolkit". I've heard they take forever to send the MCO, but that's the only negative I've heard of so far. Does anyone have experience with them?

quick question: I'm looking to get a windshield and an NGK plug for it here:
