Good morning I'm in desperate need of some help. I got this scooter and the wiring is a mess . The only thing that works is the dash lights and the turns signals. The ignition wires are a mess don't know what wire goes with what. If someone can please guide me I would really appreciate!

the color codes for these chinese rides aren't "standard" but the following seems to be the norm:
RED, indicates a direct connection to the battery
BLACK, switched DC power, this becomes "hot" with the key "on" or in the "run" position
GREEN, ground or "battery negative". my scoot had a common wire that was "ground" for everything, it did NOT use a "frame ground".
STRIPED, these are signal carrying wires. your pulse pickup will be striped, the input to your voltage regulator will be striped. turn signals will be solid color pastel colors like pink or tan.
intermittent shorts will also cause your ride to not come up to speed
