I am working on a 2014 sym mio 50 with keihin carb. See stampings in pic. Also says NCV elsewhere on it. Trying to access air mixture screw and removed a cap from the hole only to find flat item held in by c-clip? What now? And what is the electric device/plug below the air mixture screw with two connectors, one round and one flat? It connects to wire harness in same area that auto-enricher connects. Thanks!

Looks like ur air fuel needs drilled out. It's usually the smaller hole above the one u messed with.

Not sure what the other thing is with the electrical hookups.

Some follow up:
the electric gizmo is a carburetor heater. figured it out as my vespa lx 50 has it too and happened to see replacement part for it while looking for something else.
Also air/fuel mixture screw is just above that and was filled with glue that I just had to pick out. It is d shape, bought tool for that but it sucked and kept slipping, so backed it all the way out and notched it with dremel and can use straight screwdriver now. After all that the factory setting was pretty darn good, I may be quarter turn away from that.
