Hi guys, I just bought it and it is my first scooter so please help me out here. It’s a 2008 Yamaha Vino 125 with 1,300 miles on it. The last oil change was done with 600 miles on it. I live in Chicago and I will be driving it to work mainly which is 3 miles round trip. I’ll be using it in temps mostly from 45- degrees. Knowing that info what type of oil would you recommend? I saw in the manual it recommended either a 10w30 or 20w40 dino if I read correctly. Do you recommend doing the dino or should I use synthetic? Should I do a 20w40 or 15w40 oil since I’ll be driving it mainly in warmer temps and shorter trips? Would you recommend any other services at this point? Transmission oil change? Spark plugs or carburetor related? Keep in mind this is my first scooter and my knowledge is limited. Thank you for your help

Not sure about the oil but I think you could pick one, I would run synth.... I'm running a Castrol 10w40 synth now..... for the summer heat I would recommend a thicker oil like the 10w40 (do I have this correct people?) Did u buy gear yet?
