Strange Spark

So I have this issue I have spark but the problem is when I test the spark I put the spark on the engine block and it doesn't spark correctly is Sparks within the spark plug but if I pull it away from the engine block and let it jump to it Sparks fine also when the scooter is on and I've tried to start it it will also Spark without the starter engaged this only happens when it's on and if I turn it off and then back on it doesn't do that anymore what could be causing this I have spark but it's a strange Spark

':;#$.? punctuation its a scooter forum not your personal class room
just think about the problem described and try to answer the question
stop scaring away the newbs
almost all the scooters have the same ignition coil but yours sounds fine. your cdi may be a little off and it's super cheap to pick one up off Amazon or EBay
just check to make sure the plug is the same
otherwise its always a good idea to look for loose connections and bad grounds when you have electrical weirdness
