Bought it last year and added lights and turn signals. Just a toy to operate around town.

The scoot is an interesting size. It has big enough wheels to handle broken sidewalks road potholes. It's a little too big to fold and carry on the commuter train.
That scoot would work well in Houston with the big wheels.
