Got this fixer upper BD50QT and got her up and running. I changed the spark plug and noticed an unplugged wire. Everything works so I am wondering what it might be, I don't see any connections where it should go. It is under the seat towards the front floor board. 2 wires, green and black with white stripe.

Just a guess. Since these scooters are sold all over the world and engines also are put in different models it might not go anywhere on your scooter. If everything is working that probably proves it's meant for something, somewhere else.
