Not trying to put down your machinist skills but i think you should consider buying an jet. Its like 3 or 4 bucks at the most. Also maybe check your spark plug gap if you haven't. The other thing is that if it was sitting for a while you need to drain all your gas out and put fresh gas in it.

HELLO out theeeeerrreeee!!!! Lol...
I'm this thinking what I may have is a spark issue! I have GOOD valve clearance, compression, fuel, PLENTY of air... only thing left is SPARK! And it would explain my symptoms ALONG w/ the weird sparking issue I had on the EGR valve to the frame!
So is there a way to TRULY test the spark other than visual and/or just replacing parts?!?

Clearly there is a spark issue, in the 7th post in this thread, you stated your "weird" sparking issue. I wouldn't even worry about testing the spark---it makes no sense until you stop the grounding issue or whatever it is. I'd start double checking wires asap, because from the info you've provided--- the electrical issue is the only thing throwing up red flags, IMO.

1. Make sure you have a GROUND WIRE FROM THE FRAME to the MOTOR. The Best place is on one of the VALVE COVER BOLTS.
2. Also put a filter on it, without a Filter it will get to much air and it will not suck enough gas for starting easy. 3. Turn the Fuel Ratio Screw Clockwise until it stops then back it out 2 1/2 turns that is more than enough fuel to start it IF the plug is Fireing.
To Verify SPARK take the boot off the plug on the motor and stick a spare plug into the boot and hold the plug against the VALVE COVER and crank it. You should see a nice blue spark. Checking on the frame is no good you have to check for spark on the motor. If your ground wire from the motor to the frame is bad the plug will not fire it may fire on the frame because the battery is grounded to the frame.
To prove it is fuel after you verify you have a ground from motor to frame, Take the VACUUM hose off the INTAKE manifold and squirt SOME GAS DIRECTLY down the intake and put the hose back on and try to start it It should Fire at least once. Alleyoop
OH and by the way that system is a PAIR system, and what it does is SUCK IN FRESH AIR from the hose that was just dangling there. A EGR system is when there is a VALVE welded onto your exhaust pipe and lets UNBURNED fumes to go back into the AIR FILTER SIDE TUBING to be reburned.

So u think depleting the EGR would be my best option??? No. The EGR/PAIR has absolutely nothing to do with a visible electrical spark jumping between the engine and frame. The ignition coil mounts (and is electrically grounded) to the frame. The engine floats on rubber bushings - which don't pass electricity (like, say, spark for the spark plug, for instance). Therefore, a heavy conductive wire bolts somewhere between the steel frame and the rubber-mounted engine, completing the electrical path (ground) that's needed between the two. If that grounding wire is at all flaky (loose/corroded/broken/etc.)... so too will the spark at the plug be flaky. If the spark can't find it's way through a bad grounding wire, it'll do whatever it can to get back around to the coil... like jump across a gap between your engine's EGR and the frame, for example. Check that ground wire!
