I recently purchased a BMS 150cc Scooter Type Heritage 2. when I first got it it ran fine. I have 64 miles on it. Now it starts up, but will not stay running and when I give it gas, it quits. any suggestions?

starts up, but will not stay running and when I give it gas, it quits Overfilling gas tank . . wetting vent element . . lack of inlet air restricting outflow? Loose spark plug cap . . vibration breaking continuity? Insufficient inlet/exhaust valve clearance . . effecting compression? Reference YouTube GY6 engine videos for maintenance guidelines.

Might be a clogged jet too or a problem with the fuel mix. Does it die after the warm up period? There is a bunch of different things it can be. Focus on the ones that are free to fix first. Check your spark plug. The funkyness of it may let you know if you are running rich or lean.
