My Bali 250 last Spring had a bad stator. So not having the time or resources to fix it, I let it sit through Spring and Fall. I got the stator in the Fall and other parts that could be bad too. Like I knew I would need a new water pump, gaskets, gasket sealer, bought a few new electric components, ect. so I would be prepared for parts being bad. I fixed it in the late winter, at about 40 degrees in the garage. It started right on up, apon fixing it. Been riding out to friends home, on a country highway. Scooter is now 10 years old and running great. All scooters will give a person some troubles. It is called wear and tear.
