Nice sunny warm day here in Massachusetts. I decided to take advantage of the nice weather and paint a new 13" alloy rear wheel for my 150cc scooter. Not wanting to deal with any drips I fabricated this simple rig to allow me to put down a nice smooth finish. Thank God for high-torque 1/2" drills!
