I'm new on here and really need some help I bought a johnway 49cc scooter, because my other sunny scooter just got stolen 5 days ago....i have alwAys upgraded my scooters with a big bore kit... for that extra speed... now the johnway I just acquired has a 49cc motor in it plus it has all these vacuum hoses emission attatcments.. one on the exhaust.. which I sealed of and a bunch of other unneeded vacuum lines.. I installed the 100cc big bore piston..my question is do I haft to upgrade my valves too? I can't seem to get it to stArt up.. I have spark fuel and air it just won't turn over I'm thinking maybe the valves are too small... please any insight would be greAtly appreciated

You Cannot just drop Oversize Valves in your Stock Size Valve Seats of you Stock Head. What size in MM is your BBK? The 50mm BBK is a Actually a tad over 81cc, the 52mm BBK is 87.9cc The Thieving Scammers Name the 50mm kit a 100cc and the 52mm kit a 105cc. if you do the math there Lying. There is No such thing as a True 100cc or Larger 105cc BBK for the 49cc scoot.

The small valve will have better low RPM efficiency and power. But will not do as well up top. So get heavy variator weights if you stay small.
