I posted this in a few other forums as well I got my head for my xingyue ita 150 today. I placed the rocker assembly on top of it and it doesn't match up Am I missing something? Did I order the wrong part? Are there supposed to be spacers? I'm confused

Is that the rocker assembly that came with the new head?

No it is not. It's the one that came with the bike. I pretty sure I ordered the wrong thing. I was hung up on the 2 bolt valve cover assuming any head for a 2 bolt cover would be the correct one. I was wrong. Scrappy, as always, took care of me and pointed me in the right direction.

Well if it isn't confusing enough already: I ordered a different head from Scrappy and that one is incorrect too. Those poor folks there are gonna ban me for life fir being such a PITA coustomer. They have been more than helpful and are the only ones I know that have anything near the parts I need.
More info to follow including a video to show you all what I'm up against.

ok....here we go. stay with me on this I planned on returning the head I bought and got another one from scrappy. Also a gy6b. sold specifically for 16 inch wheel scooters. It didn't have the 2 bold cover so I just got a new cover. The rocker arms fit fine but the holes don't line up. The stud holes are ok but the ones off to the side don't match. Looking at the head I first purchased everything lines up. So I wonder are the Valves too long on the head in the first post?

I know on the smaller 139qmb engines, there is a head with 64mm valves and a head with 69mm valves. You can't use just any rocker arm assembly on both, because (in this case) there are also 2 different types (sizes) of rocker arms --- that can be swapped out, or a new assembly bought if you can't find just the rocker arms.
Now I'm not saying that's the problem in your case though. You have some oddball parts that I am unfamiliar with.
I'd darn near be tempted to send that cylinder, along with the head you were gonna send back to scrappy, and see if they can match a head and rocker assembly to that cylinder. I guess that'd be a worst case scenario.
You could maybe try measuring the 2 bolt hole locations--- are they the same distance apart on both heads? Some sort of measurement might be the info you need to figure this out.
I haven't been following all your posts, but do you have your original head to compare the valves to?
Sorry, it is confusing and I hope I'm not making it worse. You need oddball parts that match, obviously.

I returned the parts. My local shop has a 2 bolt LB1P57QMJ engine that I'm looking into. I'll only be needing the head so I can sell the other parts.
