A cylinder kit can be had off of Ebay for about $40.00, so, I would take that route. You could have the cylinder honed, but, it looks like the rust has left some deep pits that would require a lot of honing.

This is an oddball cylinder. Not a standard gy6. Its a gy6b 200 case. I called scrappy today and I'll place my order soon. I'm going to put a 61mm kit on it because that's the only one that I know of that fits. Thank goodness for the guys at scrappy dog because I can't find anything near this anyplace else Unless I'm not looking in the right place.

Was the bike left outside in the rain for a long time?
You see that more often when the muffler fills up with rain and it overflows through the exhaust valve or the stock airbox has been removed and rain gets into the intake. You may get away with just replacing the valves and seals however a new head may also be required. The carburetor or muffler that the water got in through may also need to be replaced.

soak in the vinegar over night. Rinse with baking soda and water. see if you can give it a quick hone to bring it back.

Tomorrow I'm going to give the crank a good look to make sure it's ok. The carb looked clean but I'm replacing the Jets with larger ones since the only cylinder you can get is 61mm Well, that's not completely true, I can get a bigger kit, a stoker crank and a big valve head and take it all the way up to 232cc according to scrappy dog's site, that could be an option but I'd have to save up for it.

Yes. Those were with the box of parts. I'm wondering if the original owner had a valve problem like the late Bluefront wrote about. That could explain why the head wasn't there.

Cylinder head left off and cylinder exposed to the weather well thats not nice. If the vinegar leaves it shiny with no pits then it will be easily reusable with a little lite honing.
