Ok, after several hours of looking online, I actually believe this to be a Qingqi brand of scooter. Now I just have to find out what model so I can actually try and find some parts for it! I'm going to have to agree, after looking closer, the kickstart cover and the small glimpse of the tail light they match that of a qingqi mulan, your VIN is under a small rectangular cover on the front fairing facing the rider, the engine code should be above the side cover straight up from kickstart lever it may be like this d1e41qmb , which is a geely style engine with a wet clutch and chain drive, also I think a Yamaha razz has "YAMAHA" molded into floor board area
