so is the engine fine? it's leaving a trail of white smoke from the exhaust and it's really slow

i bought a used zip r31 couple days ago and its leaving a trail of white smoke form the exhaust and the engine or cvt is making a really loud noise Attachments:

HELP my 49cc scooter bogging/sputters when accelerating, smoke coming out of the air filter and the fully charged battery draining really fast
it started when i was accelerating than i heard a popping noise i took ther seat off and i notice that the green wire near the vavle cover broke off i reattached it witrh electrical tape and this started happening
