UPDATE:
I thought It could be the batery so I unplugged the terminals and tried to start it through the kickstart and it did start but happened the same thing. I'm hopping to try with my scooter´s batery of my gf. Also, there was a few times that the scooter wouldnt start after laying still for 40/50min that was when I went to the gym riding it. Thoses times, when I wanted to ride home it would took me 5min to start her up. She would start and die, until it was dead, and after many many tries it would start and work fine

Hello Guys,
New guy here in the forum. It was the only forum that I found to be threads likely close to my situation, so here it goes.
I have a peugeot kisbee 2018 2 stroke with 2800km on it. Bought it from an old man that couldnt ride any more. First couple of weeks everything went smooth. Two weeks ago I started noticing that she had problems getting started, meaning she would start, idle for 10seconds and then die. So the first days when this did happen I thougt I could be the carb that needeed a little tuning, so I did tune it a little and it seemed like it worked. Right now she starts but cant hold idle for more then 10seconds. The more I try to started the less it idles until it doesnt start anymore. If I let it rest for a couple hours she will start again but will do the same thing until it doenst start no more.
I tried replacing the spark plug indicated in the owners manual and is the same. Cleaned the carb 2 times just to make sure and is still the same. Also I tried putting my hand next to the carb without the intake to see if fuel is coming in and my hand felt the fuel coming in so is getting fuel. I took out the vacuum hose and is cleaned. This is so frustating. Can you guys help me out? Thanks
Ps: I leave a pic of the scooter so you can see what I see
