So I’m potentially grabbing a 70cc 2 stroke scooter off this kid for dirt cheap . Says it ran fine and drove without issues before. Then after he replaced the throttle cable I guess now it starts but won’t move or drive. Have looked around online and haven’t had much luck finding a fix or source of the issue . Was wondering if anyone on here has had similar issues and hoping that this is either driver error or simple fix. Also if it’s going to end up just being a headache in the long run please give a bro a heads up before I spend the 250 on it .
