My 150cc scooter won't stay running

I have put a new spark plug-in I have adjusted the valves I have changed out fuel and air hoses on my carb I have took the car off and clean the Jets and clean the carb and put the car back on hoping that would work nothing seems to be working I started up it doesn't stay running it just dies what else can I do to fix this issue any ideas
